Return Period
Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return due to a product defect or issue.

Eligible Items for Return
We offer exchanges and store credit for items that may have defects or issues. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, customers must provide proof of the product defect or issue.

  • Exchanges: If the product is defective or has an issue, we will provide an exchange for the same item whenever possible. If the original item is no longer available, we will issue a store credit.
  • Store Credit: Refunds for defective or problematic items will be issued as a coupon for store credit, equivalent to the value of the returned product.


Final Sale Items
Please note that items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Initiation of Return
To initiate a return, customers should contact our support team at support@recsbrand.com or complete the return form on our website. The form must detail the defect or issue with the product, accompanied by proof such as photographs.

Shipping for Exchanges
RECS Brand, LLC will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product. Customers will not be responsible for shipping costs associated with receiving the replacement item.

Return Conditions
We do not impose conditions on the returns; however, a return may be refused if there are any suspicious or unsubstantiated claims regarding the product defect or issue.
